Delmar Group principals and founder investors of Grupo Sunset in Cancun, had been associates in several projects in that area.
Recently an extraordinary effort took place to duplicate the lodging capacity of the Group. By building and acquiring several properties, Hacienda Tres Rios being the most important, the Sunset Group has more than 1,000 units in the hotel and time share business.
The financial structures designed and executed to achieve such goals were designed by VP Project Director and Delmar CEO. New projects are being designed.

Currently negotiating alliances and growth. Joint ventures with european clients are in the final stages. Association with private equity funds will be completed by Jan 2012
