A complex negotiation designed to amortize long term debt with a turn key sale financing included agreement with international guarantees.

A strategic alliance to build resort and residential projects in Mexico and the Caribbean islands. Construction and equipment of a project in a turn key basis, financing included are the main concepts of this joint venture. Participated in Tres Rios Hacienda.
Developers and owners of the Tucancun Beach Hotel in Cancun. The hotel was developed in phases based on a financial strategy designed by Delmar. Sold to Barcelo in 2005, Delmar participated in the negotiations to sell the assets. Grupo Ramirez is developing a new hotel in Cancun and new residential projects are being designed.
